How do I cancel an order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you made a mistake with your purchase you can contact one of our Lash Experts at info@envie-lashes.com or via our live chat within 30 minutes of order placement to cancel your order.

Do Envie Lashes come with glue?
Envie Lashes do not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.

What is the most natural Envie Lash?
The most natural Envie Lash style is “Luna” in our Luxury Collection. We recommend this lash for anyone new to wearing lashes or for an everyday look.
Are your lashes produced ethically?
Yes, our lashes are produced in China. Our manufacture meets all of the necessary work compliance requirements. Our manufactures provide fair wages, safe work environments, lunch and various break time, time-off and maternity leave for its employees.



How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you should automatically receive an email notification with your order's tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account, and viewing your past orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. International shipments are shipped from our UK warehouse, and take 6-14 business days. Please see Shipping Rates & Options for details.
Are there duties or taxes?
We have local warehouses in the UK, there'll be no duties for clients in those countries and certain countries in the EU. For international clients, duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the client upon delivery.
What happens if I haven't received my package yet?
If you've already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they're unable to assist, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
My tracking number is not showing any information.
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our Lash Experts at info@envie-lashes.com.
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at info@envie-lashes.com.



What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
What currency do you charge in?
All orders are charged in USD. Depending on your credit card or bank, a currency exchange fee may apply.
Are payments secure?
All payments are processed securely by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
